Douglas Outdoor Bonspiel, Saturday 9th January 2010
After several weeks of freezing weather the ice on Douglas Loch was thick enough for curling. Club members prepared the ice and marked out rinks on the 8th. A Bellshill rinks was there to help sweeping the rinks before play commenced at 1 pm. It was a nice sunny day and 13 ends were played.
