The next Ceilidh is scheduled for teh 20th February 2010. Tickets will be about £10 pounds for adults and £5 for children.
The last annual Ceilidh was held last January. It featured our regular 2 piece band and took place in the ice rink bar area. Our first Ceilidh was a fund raising event for the 125th anniversary celebrations and their popularity means that they have continued.
Games nights were also started for the 125th anniversary fund raising. A variety of games are played including a beetle drive and a quiz. There is a silent auction feturing an interesting assortment of bargains.
Our Christmas bonspiel allows regular and irregular curlers to get a game on a fun night. Members can bring anyone along to try the game and prizes are given for a quiz as well as the curling.
